SMC 2019 Call for Sponsors

Platinum level sponsorship (3000€ and above)
Huge logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, proceedings.
Sponsor's logo will appear on the Conference website with a link to the Sponsor's homepage.

Prominent spot for promotional roll-up or horizontal banner at the conference venue.
3 complimentary full registrations.

Gold level sponsorship (1500€)
Large logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, proceedings.

2 complimentary full registrations.

Silver level sponsorship (1000€)
Medium logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, proceedings.
Sponsor's logo will appear on the Conference website with a link to the Sponsor's homepage.
1 slot for a scientific poster or exhibition material.
1 complimentary full registrations.
Sponsor's promotional material included in the conference bag.
Bronze level sponsorship (800€ )
Small logo in all communication, on the web, conference banners, conference program, proceedings.
1 slot for a scientific poster.
1 items (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag.
Other forms of sponsorships are also highly welcome, such as sponsoring the Welcome reception, lunch/coffee breaks, paper awards, conference bags provisioning, support for cultural activities, etc.
Social events fund: reception, concerts, etc. (minimum 500€).
SMC awards fund: i.e. best paper, best oral presentation, best poster presentation, best demo (minimum 400€).
A specific gift for one of the awards above (corresponding to a minimum of 300€).
Sponsoring the costs of some items from the conference bags: e.g. USB sticks, name tags, notepad, etc. (minimum 300€).
